These Terms & Conditions govern the use of 3Placement.com, a UK-based platform operated by a sole trader that connects:
• Job Seekers (Employees)
• Employers
• Businesses/Service Providers (Advertisers)

By registering, you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to register.
  • You confirm all submitted information is truthful and lawful.

Platform Use

You agree to:
• Use the platform lawfully
• Respect other users
• Not misuse or abuse the service
• Accept that your profile or business may be shared publicly

User Categories & Consent

➤ Employees
• You agree that only your skills and knowledge may be promoted on social media or external platforms (e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Your contact information will remain private, unless we believe an employer is suitable—then we may share your number privately. By registering, you consent to this.

➤ Employers
• You agree that your company/job listings and business information may be shared and promoted externally to attract employees.

➤ Advertising Businesses
• You explicitly allow us to share your contact details, photos, links, and descriptions on third-party platforms to promote your services globally.

User Responsibility

You are entirely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of the information, photos, and materials you upload.

We are not liable for any loss, damage, or misuse of your content once shared publicly, especially on third-party platforms.

Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your account and personal data at any time by:
• Using the “Delete Account” option in your profile settings
• Or emailing: info@3placement.com

We will process your request within 14 days, and your data will be permanently removed, unless required for legal or regulatory purposes.

Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it for marketing and promotional purposes.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:
• The outcome of any employment or business arrangement
• Misuse of data shared on third-party platforms
• User-generated content

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
